Nightmare Before Christmas is a great movie and I agree with Zach that The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown is one of the first movies that you think of when you think of Halloween movies. The scariest movies are the ones from back in the day like Cujo, Exorcist, the Final Destination Series, Pet Cemetery, Nightmare on Elm Street, Ring, Birds and other movies like these because many of them were more psychological and stuck with you to scare you long term.
@sherryrunslate9678Ай бұрын
I hate scary movies but when I was around 10 or 11 I was babysitting my baby sister and my brother came home early and rented that movie and I watched Nightmare on Elm Street and hated that movie then and NOW…SEVERAL decades later. I will never admit my fear of scary movies because of him but it was totally because of him.

I watched 'The Amityville horror' (1979) without permission when I was ten. The same night, I woke up and heard chopping thuds and squishing noises from the kitchen. Someone thought it was a good idea to butcher half a pig during the night so as not to creep out us kids. I only had myself to blame.😂

Supernatural is scary. I am with Chris. My daughter even named her all black dog Winchester! She is a prison psychologist that deal with the most vile and wicked predators ever. She said these men never change. They will forever be predators. This is why she escapes by watching Supernatural, even the reruns now.
@karinberonius879929 күн бұрын
I can't say that I'm surprised about the monsters in human costumes. I only saw the first season of Supernatural, and then I read that the ending sucked. But I hear more and more people say it's great. I might have to buy it anyway.

Loved it tonight and glad to see Zach back! To Chris's defence Supernatural the early seasons had some horror elements to them! Especially the first season. Speaking too of Wallace and Gromit, there's a new one coming at Christmas in the UK, then on Netflix on January 3rd. It's called Vengeance Most Fowl! Lots of good horrors mentioned tonight! The Conjuring Universe is probably my favourite, still some I need to still see, but they just feel like the old school horrors! Haven't actually watched a horror in a while, I'll need to change that. Some other good horrors that weren't mentioned - I'm glad Jeepers Creepers was mentioned and Hills have Eyes, they both creeped me out! Rec also so good! But also, The Thirteenth Ghost is a vastly underrated horror movie - highly recommend, stars Matthew Lillard! The Descent 1 and 2 also - the first one specifically! Silent Hill, based off the game - spoiler alert: the one film where Sean Bean doesn't die 😵.

My youngest daughter is always elated when she finds a co-worker or friend that will agree to go with her to scary movies, haunted houses, mazes at night, etc. she had said working with convicts on the daily nothing scares her anymore! Yay Zach is back. Chris being a leaf blower is funny. I was in high school midnight movie with my friends.. Friday the 13th part 3 in 3d. Had eyeballs popping into our faces. My mom wouldn't let us watch the Original Halloween . (We sneaked and watched it anyway). Nightmare on Elm Street. Beetlejuice to me wasn't scary. The worst horror movie ever is Leprechan ... My nephew and I were mostly laughing through it. Fitting for fall. Have you watched Jeepers Creepers and Pumpkinhead? I watched Misery and the OG it. The mind of Stephen King is terrifying. Child's play with Chucky ...my niece watched that and after that dolls freaked her out. OMG Final Destination I cannot ride along side a logging truck or behind them.
