One could become an aeon by becoming an absolute embodiment of a principle or way of life and reaching or pulling power from that. Akivili, the Aeon of Trailblaze, was more like a man than an aeon, but it could just be his way of unrestricted freedom, as by the path of the Trailblaze. As much as he seemed like a man, he may have become an aeon due to an unswaying devotion to freedom

Saying our MC is on Destruction is kinda misleading as we can change paths as we unlock them, the most fitting path for MC is probably the Trailblaze.

Btw the mc actually follows the path of the trailblaze and not the destruction (also aeons go by they/them and even the game write it on capital so people realise it)

Akivili the Trailblaze is "missing" I think MC is a shade or splinter of Akivili hence why they can house a Stellaron That or Elio is trying to groom the MC as a replacement for Akivili

Just a little info too, if you are aware of Honkai Impact 3rd lore, the universes are technically set this way. Each universe are leaves in the Imaginary tree, and every branch is a timeline. Every fallen leave represents a dead universe, which falls to the Sea of Quanta, an endless sea that dissolves everything. And Aha, was mentioned to be the sole Aeon to had climbed the top of the Imaginary Tree, only to find that all is meaningless in the universe they are in (which makes me think that he's the reason Nanook decided to destroy everything). spoiler for Honkai Impact 3rd: this is because civilizations are nothing but the Tree's "weapons" to consume the Sea. Both the Tree and the Sea are sentient in a way, they each aims to consume the other. The "Honkai" can be seen as the Sea's weapon against civilization, an energy that reacts to advancement like a natural phenomenon. but it's a double edge sword. Because civilizations that prevails over Honkai, would go on to become powerful species. An example is the "enemies" Welt was chasing in HSR universe, they called "Sky People" a race so advanced they can invade other universes.

No it's actually nothing like that Bassicly. There is different paths that characters can take. So bassicly based on the kit. Each character has a path. The mc is on the path of destruction and that's how their kit actually is. It's the same for all characters. There is 7 paths I think. The thing is tho. Each path has an aeon which is like the god of that path

I like the relationship between Lan The Hunt and Yaoshi The Abundance. One side believes in altruism and immortality, but also shows just how dangerous immortality is in the long term, and her followers, especially the Borisin and Wingweavers, are quite destructive, the Wingweavers beings somewhat racist as they look down on races who can't fly and Borisin enslaving the Foxians, who are a related species to them. Still, i do want to see some characters from the side of the Denizens of Abundance, it could make for interesting characters who go against the general beliefs of their people or have a variation of it. Plus, based on the Prisoner In Deep Confinement Relic set, the Borisin would look pretty awesome, as the suit was made to contain Warmuhtar Hoolay, last of their leaders.
