i found this account like a year ago during the time she found gloria & gilbert and was documenting everything, it was actually really cool and interesting watching the whole journey! also i believe she's said a few times that most of her stories (including the ones about gloria & gilbert) are real but some things like the dolls moving are dramatised / faked for content

So the blinking dolls have special eyelids that when tilted back they close to simulate the baby sleeping when kids play with them. it has something to do with how they are designed. I actually don't know how exactly the eyelids are made to do that but you could probably just look it up. She probably has a string she pulls to make the baby sit up and open it's eyes a bit more
