How many years of the same thing do you guys need to see ? Apparently, it is a few more.

I grew up with Bradshaw and Gilliam...Steelers have lost their identity.

As a longtime fan, I remember that regular season when Bradshaw got hurt. Joe Gilliam did a great job keeping the Steelers in the hunt while Terry recovered. Then it was all uphill from there.

I believe the players can't hide outdated FB philosophy and schemes in 2025. In other words, the game left Tomlin behind, and the players may LOVE him, but that can't win an SB for him.

Are we really blaming the season on a not having a "winning roster"? There were high hopes at the beginning of the season with this roster. You can blame poor coaching for having ruined the roster. As Shannon White said, "the problem" is Tomlin. Unless Tomlin has a major change of game philosophy (along with better assistant coaches that he doesn't negatively influence), we are going to get the same results next season. Since Tomlin is still the coach, I realize Steelers podcasters have no choice but to look to other changes the team might make for a better outcome but it comes across as gas-lighting the fans.

All in all guys we need a quality qb I dont believe you can compete every year for a sb with out quality qb play. Just look at all the teams srill playing all have great qbs.

Need a good quality coach that will let a good quality OC call his own plays for that quality QB you speak of.

@thomasisrael673 i wouldn't bring in any rookie QB only to he skewed with the current coaching staff. Build around the QB position and wait out Timlin's contract. Then get the OC and QB you write about.

@@steelersfreak1964 The entire organization needs to hit the reset button. There is so many layers that alot of folks really don't think about. Take the scouting department for example. The Steelers obviously don't have a good one because theyre always bombing in these drafts year to year. Perhaps thats Tomlin because we know he loves to go to these college pro days and workouts etc. It just seems like Tomlin has his hands in everything and that needs to stop. Rooney needs to sit Tomlin down and tell him "NO NO NO" and get some people in there with fresh ideas that know what theyre doing. As far as the team is concerned, that Offensive line needs alot of attention and alot of work before deciding on any quarterback.

As long as Tomlin is still there, whatever changes will be made this upcoming season, won’t be enough. The game has moved beyond and he can no longer keep up with it. We’re in for another disappointing season in 2025.

Houston woulda smacked Pittsburgh around too. Love the Black and Gold, just don't like the folks that represents the black and gold, including/especially ownership.

I despise ownership and I think they disrespect the fan base, time for a boycott no more money from us.

Maybe we shouldn’t expect the Rooney’s to fire Tomlin, but it’s what needs to be done. Even Chuck in his final years with the 80’s Steelers was able to produce a playoff win every 3 to 4 years with that mediocre group of players. Tomlin is a motivational speaker and not an X’s and O’s coach.
@Gungadin011218 күн бұрын
He's neither ! If he's a motivational speaker why is his team always unprepared and flat ? Answer that one Silver Steeler.

Mike Tomlin - incompetent clown 14 out of 18 seasons without a playoff win. 3-10 last 13 playoff games. outscored 73-0 in the 1st quarter of the 5 consecutive 1st-round exits
