I like thst Kaitlin didn't go back to continue and fight after annie tried to provoke her back. In usual action show fashion theyd come back and either loose in round two or finish the job. Not bothering to continue is an action thats usually resserved for when the hero realizes they dont need to finish fighting the antagonist. Also, its pretty cool how in the beginning everyone was all excited for the fight, and by the end they were just watching shocked snd disturbed (at least jn my view)

I LOVE THESE CHARACTERS SO MUCH!! AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HOW THEYRE PORTRAYED!! Even though we’ve only seen them for 2 and a half minutes, the story and animation just makes it all makes sense. ANNIE: the brash and hot-headed (and quite stubborn) person of the friend group. ANNIE’s FRIEND: the more intelligent and shy one of the group, always tries to deescalate problem. the girl I presume as CAITLYN: the cold and smart fighter, which is usually the opposite of the protag (which is ANNIE), and will start of as the villain. (+ bonus points if she becomes friends with ANNIE.) Anyways, I’m gonna say it again, I absolutely love this animation. Continue to create amazing projects like these!

I LOVE THE DETAILS! The way the school "works" all shown in the backgrounds, the voice acting (everyone fits the characters very well), the COLORS are so yummy, I almost want to eat them. The fight was very smooth and interesting, Caitlyn's moves are very elegant, yet so brutal, is she some kind of a teacher? Or a higher-class student? Something like a council president? I'm not sure, but she seems higher in the school hierarchy, not just in the peer popularity (but damn, she really runs the place). Annie's moves are a lot less thought through, more chaotic and "hard". It also tells us what kind of person she is. I really, really can't wrap my head around how quickly you introduced the characters, and how quickly you made me like them. Something very interesting I've noticed: after Annie gets hit and her nose starts bleeding, you can actually HEAR that one of her nostrils is blocked (it's making the high-pitched noise when she breathes in). I need a sequel, seriously! This was so good, I just can't stop rewatching! Just one more time, or two, or ten! UGHHH THIS WAS GREAT! PS. Is it bad that I find Caitlyn kinda... attractive? I love the kind of woman who would just kill me ;)

This animation really reminded me alot of Kill La Kill, with the protagonist being so hung up on vengance and a neverending sense of drive, with a stoic antagonist that seems so much higher above than her. The animation is so smooth, and the voice acting was amazing but the highlight was the soundtrack, I loved the fact it was drums and the fact it synced up with the music was an amazing touch.
