To take a more statistical scientific approach, Erling does not do well against teams who perform the 'low block' approach to games due to the 2 or 3 defenders usually marking him. Forest and Wolves both came out to play unlike a lot of teams (Bournemouth did too). Arsenal were like frightened rabbits.
