That serve at 10:04. Why Fed's serve is up amongst the greatest. The ball toss is around 11.30 and Agassi was clearly expecting a kick wide to his backhand and bang comes down the T... Such a tough one to hit down the T with that ball toss on the Ad-side. Absolutely brilliant ❤🔥

Federer beat Agassi like it was no big deal. Agassi was a 4 time former champ and this was a case of a battle of the last 2 champs, 2004 champ vs 2003 champ. Defending champ vs 4 time champ. Agassi played quite well here but Fed was on another level. Federer in 2004-07 lost only one hard court slam match and he held a MP in that one and Safin got to the ball with only inches to spare before the second bounce. 18:56 commentators mentioning Safin would have a good shot... 13:35. The BHDTL. Most beautiful shot in tennis. We dont see it much anymore these days. Really glad to still have Stan and Richie still playing but even they both know they will be done with tennis sooner rather than later. Thiem is younger but sadly he's gone down. Lets see what he can bring vs Rafa in around 24 hours or so. Welcome back Ethan and happy new year!

The quality from fed is insane here. Also his speed and defense are at his best (also remember the chase on suzuki volley to hit the fh around the net). I never saw fed in his prime (started watching tennis in 2013), but from what I see in his higlights, I feel like '05 may have been his best year between 04-07 quality-wise (I know he won more in '06 and that may have been his best overall, but '05 to me is tied from what I see). I have a feeling like he can get to every ball and hit a winner from anywhere in the court, all the time. Also please make a highlight of the match with Safin. And great to have you back

So glad to see you back. I knew it was only a matter of time. I would suggest having an alternate channel on another platform in case youtube deletes your channel again.

I have a VK page where I regularly upload the same material (and what gets blocked by youtube). There's probably better stuff on there actually😂 thanks for the comment and great to see you again!

Great upload, E! Love the intros - both yours & Eurosport's! As for the match - I hadn't ever watched it. But I was suprised to see Agassi moving so well and striking the ball so cleanly (and early). It's just that Fed was in the stratosphere. What footwork he had in his prime years! Mannnn. Note: Agassi might have been 34 going on 35, but his partying lifestyle & several shortened seasons in his 20s meant his "tennis age" was a few years less. Here's what I mean: Andre turned 34 in 2004. When 2004 ended, he'd played *1076* tour-level matches. When Fed reached exactly that number, Curiously, Fed too had played exactly 1076* matches! Or, put another way, AA was about 2.5-3 tennis years younger than his age.

In the old days, we saw, Sampras x Agassi Agassi x Federer, Federer x Nadal, Djokovic x Nadal, and now, we have Djokovic, Alcaraz, Sinner, and Sverev at the same level !!!
