I'm grateful for the pleasant grounded information on this channel :) I remember learning about this from Heartmath when I was first learning about HRV breathwork. They said that the breathwork worked a lot better when you remembered a happy grateful memory. I played around with some HRV biofeedback and it worked. My score would drop wildly if I got into a negative thought loop. Had to fully chill and recenter to get the score up, gratitude is an elevated feeling, the sensation itself tells us it's good. Not some fleeting pleasure, it has a comfy settled-in feeling when I get there.
