The science of presenting viral YouTube videos

I've been presenting youtube videos for around 10 years now, and I always get questions from people about why their videos aren't getting views.
There are only two elements that determine the success of your video: Your click-through rate (the % of people who see your video, then click on it), and your average watch time (the average duration people are watching your video for).
Average watch time is largely a combination of good presenting and good editing, and the higher the AWT is, the better your video will perform in the KZbin algorithm.
I decided to make this video so I could send it to people when they ask me how to get more views on KZbin - and hopefully, it helps you too!
