You truly help me avoid conterfect cartridge... Not! It is my business if I want to use cheap, low quality refill third party toner and save the price of the printer itself within the first years of use, don't you think? If you worry about the warrenty, please just add a "this will void the warrenty" button on the screen and let us print with whatever quality we want.

1:17 It's machine which can be fooled. All "counterfeit" toners come with chips. To rule counterfeiters out, you need to lower price, simple as that. Of course they do not care about that, because majority of users are companies who do not care about saving on toners. In turn minority is simple people, who left no choice, but use cheap alternatives. It's all in numbers.

I don't think buying stupidly expensive original cartridges is required for average household consumer/student. I use black and white hp printer and have been refilling and repairing cartridge myself. If nothing works I will just buy non-original cartridge and check if it works while getting it installed in shop. And inkjet printers? Those are outrageous, new cartridges cost literally 75% the price of printer

When their selling point includes energy cost saving you know it's bull. Save 1 penny on every 100 sheets printed while paying $1 more in expensive toner.

Hp printers pioneered inkjet printer, so they also want to dominate laserjet printer because they see better future of laserjet printers. No nore clogging,headstroking,ink flushing,etc. Thanks Hp.

HP WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, trying to log a complaint for hp 1200w printer for more than three months, computer voice says some one will call you soon, but nobody called yet, wont recommend hp printers to my customers anymore
