Hey Chills God Bless Brother For anxiety and social awkwardness, make a cacao powder hot chocolate and drink it back 30 mins before going out or speaking Get raw organic cacao, not coco, although the same thing and family, take 1-2 tablespoons add to hot milk blend and drink, add sugar, honey or stevia to sweeten. This works like a charm, if not take 2 tablespoons and wait an hour, you will feel super relaxed and Chill, pun intended. It also helps PTSD, anxiety, bipolar, depression and others Peace and Blessings
