Thank your cousin for his service and yes it's sad beyond the defunding of officers. In some areas not able to allow them to fully do their job as before and then when something horrible happens "it's their fault" so wrong and I get so frustrated as a huge police supporter (respect and appreciate all first responders). For unknown reasons feel a special connection to law enforcement officers. We had a recent incident where officer ended up ending a young man's life and of course that's never the intent and no one really knows the entire story but of course family/friends just need someone to blame. Maybe their own guilt of not being able to see/help the person with their mental health issues. They had tried other methods to stop the threat that did not work and no officer ever wants to be in the position that this one was. I can't say more as they still have to do their investigation but this officer is going to affected by this for the rest of their life whether 1st time or 10th time they shot someone. Additionally doesn't stop there will affect every officer in the county/etc. We are close nit towns/cities within the county.

Legends. Legends are people or even animals, such as the people and animals in this video. Legends like these aren't always appreciated for the things they do. Legends and heros help every day, to keep us safe, to keep us from harm. Even if they have to put themselves in danger to do so. Legends are people and animals going unnoticed everyday. Heros who help and strive off of the safety of others. Heros are the brave ones who would run to help the person in danger rather than run away. We want to believe that we help in someway when in reality, when the reality hits and something like this happens to you or someone around you. Most would run away, it's a natural fight or flight response. If you do help, you are one of those heros and legends. Heros will be never forgotten for the things they do. The brave ones will live on with a legacy.

That is what I would call Genuine Heroes, my point being that you don't have to be a legend to make a difference in the world, for example Seal Team 6 can be considered legends and what you described that aren't legends were people who brag about what they do, I do not disagree with this, I am simply saying legend in this case is being misused. Found you guys when I watched a firefighter motivation video that had "Born For This" as the track and instantly fell in love with the song. Found more videos with your songs and I'm hooked. After finding this video, being a firefighter and paramedic myself, seeing videos like this from awesome bands is probably one of the most humbling experiences. Thank you for the support. I'm positive I can speak for the majority of first responders when I say that there is always some level of fear going into a call but that fear is channeled into finding out what is going on, what needs to be done, and how to go about doing that. We are still humans with human emotions.

My dad was a firefighter/emt for over 28 years. He went home to be with the Lord on August 11th 2024. He died at 911am. He was a firefighter till the end

my dad is a firefighter in small town in borneo. he dedicated his life to become firefighter since 17 years old. there was no sallary at all. sometime he donated his money and raise money to victim. now he's 70 years old slowly loosing his memory and cant fight fire in duty. im gonna show him this video, how awesome the next generation carry the legacy. thanks for the awesome song and video.
