It is amazing how when they visit grandma, she doesn't ask 'where is my granddaughter '. Nothing is mentioned. Grandma's acceptance of an outside grandson is so fast that it is not believable. I can't believe that any grandma would not even pause for a moment to think what the impact would be on her son's marriage. So this is just a bit unrealistic.

What a load of absolute nonsense this story line is….so a heart surgeon can just use a heart that’s perfectly matched for his daughter for another patient. Without the delicate process of making sure the heart is also matched to that boy!! 😂 he would of lost his position for that immediately anyway!! Also what father and Surgeon (who’s daughter is a patient in his hospital) would not go see his daughter at her bedside to check her condition? Then on the 100th day of her passing he was shocked she had died….where did he think she was past 3 months…😩😩 Also what mother would entice her son to act ill in front of the dr like that…she is sick 😡…

She’s “NOT” as good of an actress who played in the very “first version” of this drama; relating to a daughter! There are several portrayal’s of this particular drama! That actress did an awesome portrayal of a Bereaved Mother and hatred in her heart for her husband and so called Savior-mistress who were responsible for her daughter’s death! It torn me apart; I Cried along with her-she got her vengeance, she kicked Aze!

I cannot believe how script writers come up with these ridiculous outrageous storylines, I would love a heart surgeon or Doctor to watch this and know his/her thoughts.haha Also the mother should not of been allowed to act the way she did for her personal revenge.
