I bought one over the winter and my son and I got to use it for the first time this week. We were both impressed with it - except it was difficult to control direction when we tried to troll. We found adding a rudder to the trolling motor MAY help with that issue (it hasn't arrived yet, so we haven't found out if that cured the going in circles trying to go straight). Enjoyed your video and liked hearing it won't roll over, that was a major concern of mine.

I added a rudder to the trolling motor and it makes a huge difference. Have fun with all the mods. I love my boat

I'm buying a used one ... 400.00 low usage and was one of the last years before the green color .... Is one of the older gray color ones ok? Appears in great shape ... Will use a trolling motor

Just wondering any issues with losing air I started experiencing losing air recently.

sometimes with weather temp changes but no, not when the weather is steady, it holds pressure well.

Do you need to make any mods to put the bar in the rear? Can you stand on the floor?

No the bar fits just fine to the rear. As for the soft floor you are not suppose to stand on it, but it is strong enough for my fat body more than once.

@@alexpinheiro4622 I strap the battery onto the slat, I only take one oar and slide it under the front slant. I use to keep the oarlocks on but I seldom if ever use the oars with my motor. I use an oar to get out of lilypads but not much more. I have a lithium ion 100ah batter by lossigy it is fantastic and lasts forever.
