I know this was many years ago this lecture but unfortunately the problem still stays, bringing little children to the mazjid, when lectures are going on. Being a nuisance for everyone. I don't understand how some people don't realize they are being selfish by doing so, disturbing everyone whose come there to gain knowledge. What can they listen to except for the child crying.

May Allah give this mother and many mother's like her the hidayah to think of others who've come to gain knowledge and she is not helping anyone by her irresponsible act, not even herself. It's not benefitting anybody.
