100% agree on crypto gaming. It’s not rational but gamers despise web3. On the other hand if you are on chain in a bull market where do you find time to put 4hrs into a blockchain game even if it’s fun ? It’s a tough sell

Forget "gamefi" it's bulshit fad like degen yeild farming. Crypto/blockchain in gaming is only relevant if nft utility is beneficial, in game asset ownership/economy is the only proper use case but it is super legit. It's just already ridiculously expensive and time-consuming to design+build a high-quality game and if you want said game to also communicate with a blockchain and smart contracts on the backend as well then cost and time goes parabolic before even marketing etc etc. L3 or individual chains for individual games is the complete opposite way to make things better /easier for developers or participants. Also not relevant as an American market, completely SE asian market which is not understood by US
