I'm really sorry fo the players but these Gms and coaching staff failed them big time. From Aranae throwing Perkz out due to his ego and ignorance (pretends to know more about gameplay than one of the best player ever), to the coaching staff having Jankos play VI (8 games, 12.5% winrate) in the decisive game of the year. I don't know Zwyroo but I respect the will to throw himself into this mess less than a week before the starting of the season. To my boys Wunder, Jankos, Flakked and Trymbi I can only send all my love and thanks. Hope you guys can find a better organization next year, print some money in NA or retire with the awareness that you did your best in your career and this last throwback was only an unlucky experiment.

Jankos confirmed on his stream that it was his idea to play Vi in last game vs GX (You can watch his VOD). In that case his coach didn't want Jankos to pick Vi but he picked it anyway. I guess Jankos trying really hard to prove that he is not bad on Vi, maybe he is not but it's not working with this team.

@@zephyrfpv9871 they never had that. It is widely known that western players don't care about their coach/staff opinions. They've always had the last word on what they want to play. In the last FNC-G2 series, FNC coach told the team that they should pick Sejuani in B1 and Razork told him "no" because he wanted to play Nidalee. Want another example? Grabbz told Thorin that during 2019 World Finals, G2 players had to ban Galio in game 2 and players didn't because they were 100% sure that Crisp doesn't play Galio support. Crisp picked Galio and Grabbz told G2 players "gg, go next". Sadly it's something that it's part of EU culture in pro play at this point. Coach and staff just don't exist in many teams.

Muy triste por este equipo, un equipo que a priori es mucho mejor que el del año pasado, pero aun así quedamos más lejos de nuestro objetivo. Es una mezcla de tristeza y decepción porque no se que no ha funcionado en este equipo, un top con experiencia que a nivel mecanico no es el mejor pero como macro es top players, historicamente el mejor jungla, un midlaner que venir a solearse la SL, el tetitas nada que decir proximo rank 1 EUW un support que el año pasado era el unico que competia con labrov y mikyx. Y aun asi no poder cumplir lo prometido. Tristeza por saber que no volveré a ver este equipo hasta el año que viene... tristeza saber que puede que no vuelva a ser el mismo equipo

Absolutely nothing worked in this team - coaching stuff, questionable individual plays, 0 idea for the meta picks, giving up objectives for free, poor macro. I probably could go on with the list but I won't do it. I won't talk about the players but I will say only one thing. Flakked was mostly enabled when his support was Mersa (with no offense to Trymbi) - they just performed better as duo overall.

It's kind of weird how the coaches talk to the veterans like they play their first year. Guys, most these players have been to worlds friking FINALS . Won MSI 2019. They are amongst the Best of the World. They have experience. Don't give them the feeling that they don't. And why are you keep saying "one more game guys" instead of "let's have fun smashing guys!" Besides that points, it was a very goos effort by the coaches and especially the players!

This one is on the coaching staff and the GM that decided to cut Peter participation early in the season. Coaching staff should understand and create the champion pool of the team for the patch, and then players will practice and adjust accordingly.

Pretty sure Peter intentionally took many steps back to focus on his workload and coming child. Many staff pieces got swapped awkwardly in the middle of the year, but I don't think you can put any of this on Peter.

The team looked better closer to the end of the season and that's a pity there was not enough time for full recovery. Hope next split it will be better and there'll be still a role for Jankos as I think he overall did well but it's hard with losing lanes to facilitate anything. Chill, peace.
