A .500 season under a rookie HC and OC is an acceptable start to Macdonald's tenure, especially considering how the defense played. Hopefully next season's draft and free agency can address some lingering issues, especially on offense. There's still a lot of talent at pick 18, we could do well there. Hard decision about Grubb. He needs to learn from this season, go back to the drawing board on some aspects of his scheme and improve. There's an argument to be made for not giving him that chance. Not sure I'm a fan of letting him go, I'd at least like to give him an opportunity to prove himself in the first half of the season.

10-7 would be A GREAT first year, GUYS THIS ALREADY IS A GOOD YEAR for a first year HC, OC, DC, O line coach, etc. Mike won’t have a full roster of what he wants at each position, until year 3-4. We would easily be in the playoffs IF WE DIDNT HAVE SO MANY O LINE INJURIES. Yes our o lineman is top 5 worst, missing your RT1, RT2, AND RT3, that’s just bad luck. We literally had 4th string RT and RG playing… EVERYTHING GENO HAS DONE PLAYING HERO BALL WOTH THIS TRASH O LINE AND ZERO RUN GAME IS GOOOOOOOD! Geno is good, but not great. You give Geno a good defense AND A REAL RUN GAME AND REAL PASS PROTECTION, then Geno doesn’t have to play hero ball and force these HORRIBLE RED ZONE INTS (yes 4 redzone INT IS UNACCEPTABLE!) You can’t judge the QB when he has no PA, no run game, and no pass pro. At the same time WE CANNOT OVERPAY GENO. We need to upgrade Center and both guard positions; if we have anyone on this current roster starting at RG, LG, or center next year then we need to fire John

Instead of hoping the Seahawks get a higher pick, let's hope the best players fall to the Seahawks when they pick, and John and Mike actually pick those players. Remember when DHop fell to the 27th pick to the Texans? Let's hope similar good luck falls to the Seahawks whenever/wherever they pick.

When it comes to QBs JS has been like a QB whisperer. JS went to both Mahomes' and Josh Allen's pro day workouts while RW3 was still under contract, and would have drafted either one of those 2 had Seattle had the chances to do so. Let's hope JS can find/draft our next franchise QB in the 2025 draft.

If we win on sunday Geno gets $2 for that alone. So that alone would be why i dont want the win. I want less than 185 passing yards too because thats another $2 million bonus for Geno. He can get $6 million more for 3 feats on sunday. He doesn't deserve it. So that alone is why im ok with a L.
