Respect. My mind is spinning on this one. Hear me out. It could be that John Mak is behind all of this. Effie's friend is related to John Mak. John Mak is using Effie like how Saxe used Riley yet, he's doing it on a higher level. John Mak wanted to get Proctor caught up yet he passed on. He couldn't get Ghost, Tommy nor Tasha therefore, Tariq may have to pay for his father's sins. In season one he had to play along with Steven Ott to keep a low profile on his plans to get Tariq or Tasha and not bother with Ghost. Steven Ott has no clue of what John Mak is up to. I still have the theory that Ramona and Noma are sisters. So it will all come full circle once Ghost return to save Tariq from his sins.

Noma lost that access. Since Ghost was on his way to becoming Lieutenant Governor encouraged by Ramona, Ramona saw him as a way to help her sister Noma gain back immunity. Yet, that didn’t go through because of Tariq. Ramona ex husband was the connect also to get Obi's family green cards. However, since the divorce she had to stall Obi because she needs him. Reason why Mecca wanted to break away and started working with Blanca because Noma lost immunity. Tariq was able to get the green cards for Obi from Tate who was/is Ramona's enemy. Ironically, Noma is the enemy of the person who messed up her plans which is Tariq by “k*lling” James St Patrick. Another note...Tariq is 3 and a possible Noma 0. He messed up her immunity. Set up Mecca. Help her to take out her ex husband. Also, he may be the reason for Anya Covington to pass away in season 4,5,6.

Tate killed Alphonse, he's the only guy in power to ever die by a robbery Tate shot him. Effie called tyreek the competition , the same way Alphonse told dre , he was waiting for the competition to leave and dre stabbed them.

You have a point Alfonse could be her brother... Obviously we all know how Ray Ray died... But we dont know exactly how Ray Rays death was told to Effie if he were to be her brother... She could of been told that his death happened as a robbery based off of how Tariq broke into Ray Rays apartment... Miguel "could" be Effie's brother but only problem with that theory is nobody in the drug business knew Ghost was James St. Patrick so if her revenge towards Tariq is because of that then how did she find out that Ghost (who killed Miguel) was James St. Patrick to go after his son...unless Maria Suarez told her because Effie appeared in Season 6, Maria Suarez found out James St. Patrick was Ghost in Season 4 Another thing, Ghost was still alive when we first seen Effie in Season 6 so why not go after Ghost, why Tariq?

Effie rey rey theory doest make sense because at the final scene of season 3 she was expecting Tariq to die when they all cornered him. so if she has been planning some big thing all along, why would she tell noma about the daughter and help setup Tariq to be killed, and in everyones mind including hers, that was Tariqs final moment and Kane was about to shoot before Brayden came, so if she was really planning something why would she not reveal her true self in that moment where she thought Tariq would die. doesn't make sense. If you're plotting to kill someone bc of a deep reason, surely in the final moment you'd reveal the truth and kill the person yourself, yet Kane was the one who was gonna shoot.
