Wu, trying earthing for ur back until U get to Dr. It involves barefoot on the earth (grass, sand or soil 30-60 minutes every day. The documentary can be googled called Earthing. Many have had healing results. Including me. Many Blessings.

Wu needs to go see a back specialist and get an MRI of his back and go swimming and do tai chi. Stretch more often in the morning and before bed. Also get him some more help so he's not doing most of the work most of the time. Do you drink milk?..it's good calcium for the bones too. Better bed mattress,seats/ chairs/ couches are a plus too. Keep those in mind moving forward. It's all about the comfort, especially when you have lower back issues!!!❤
