Bruce Lee was a destructive force and he perished because he thought dragon energy means only health. Chinese culture regards itself as very deep and intrinsically complex but I rather regarded it as a bunch of books stacks one onto another where in are only documented partiality a tiny percent of Indian culture source. The cheap values boosted by Hollywood of showing off unknowingly only can provide dangers that will unfold into a chaotic lifestyle. Bruce Lee felt in love with American culture and how they reciprocated with him about his art martial skills but nobody was there to mention to Bruce Lee "you are doing something very wrong onto yourself..."

Manipura (or Manipuraka), is the 3rd chakra. It is the maintenance center of the body. In the human system, this is the only place where all the seventy two thousand nadis meet and redistribute themselves. This makes Manipuara chakra more mobile than other chakras. The ability to move manipura give you a different kind of power. Far Eastern martial art styles make use of this, and move manipura in many different ways.

The three inch punch is focusing you whole body into one powerful strike upon one small area of your opponent. It uses centrifugal force and kinetic energy in this technique to create a great amount of force with little to no energy from the user. The punch starts from the feet and travels trough out the body before focusing it into a punch crating a powerful kinetic strike , Much like when you crack a whip. However I believe this would upset the balance of all chakras since you have to force energy through out all of them to accomplish this feat. And if you would like me to demonstrate this technique for you it would be my pleasure.

@@rajagopal5532 sadhguru did not say it is a probable cause. He said if he hadn't died the way he did, then sometime later it would have been due to manipura chakra. What I don't get is the need of even thinking of theories for his death. It was clearly stated cerebral edema (swelling of brain). He removed his sweat glands as it was taken as vile in cinema when actors had sweat circles down their armpits. As a result his brain was unable to remove excess heat and he died from that.

If you block what comes, you don't look at their hands as you block. You look at their eyes, because that gives you a better all round vision of what's coming, and what your going to hit. Or another way to look at it, when he points to moon, the student looks at finger, he not focused on the moon. I've always wanted to access & apply the full power & potential of a fully activated Chakra system. Little did I know until now that doing so in certain ways could lead to certain consequences like death. This is why I must find someone who can teach me not only how to activate & maintain my chakra system, but also how to thoroughly use such power responsibly. Of course no matter what I wish for there will always be consequences. My issue though is that I hear alot about this topic, but have yet to come across anything or anyone that could safely & responsibly teach me how to access my supernatural self.

Yes, I believe this. I studied Taekwondo in college and had a Sensei. One day he had us all stand in a line in our doboks. He came by and was doing a little two inch hit like that too. I was seeing other people buckling down and wondered what was happening. It hardly looked like he was putting any effort in the punch and didn't know if it would have the effect on me. I thought I would handle it and not even flinch maybe. Then he came by me, smiled, and just did a little two finger punch tap...right in the center above the abdomen (same as in the picture in the video at 1:27) and I felt all the wind being knocked from me and I was stunned and felt my knees buckle. It was a cool sensation. No pain. Just a strange ooomph feeling. He was a very nice white man trained by traditional Korean Sensei. very disciplined and good teacher. Maybe seventh degree black belt. By the end of the training he told me no problem I could be a black belt if I pursued. But I just continued to train on my own and never pursued anymore belts other than the one I had. So enjoyable learning. All the precision of movement required, and even had to learn how to count in Korean and learn some other language terms. I really liked it.
