The secret is not well hidden lmao. I really wish it was easier to tell the new molds though. I think the product code is different and ofc the blade itself but it’s still a bit of a hunt. Great video though! If I was new this would’ve blown my mind!

They did give it a new mold so it breaks less. In the process of doing that, they made it heavier. Same with how they made Hells Hammer heavier by trying to prevent people from using a left spin launcher with it

Increasing the weight of Pheonix Wing seemed like an odd choice to me, but then I realized I completely stopped using Phoenix Wing after Aero Pegasus came out. Love the editing in your videos!

Something that ive noticed with my second phoenix (not the new mold) was that it hit harder because my phoenix which i had since release had its contact points worn down like how buster's sword tip gets rounded and gets slightly weaker hits with use of course the difference could have also been rng seing as the 1st phoenix used doesnt seem too worn

The problem with the winning strats is that eventually things start getting predictable and stale. If there's always going to be at least three wizard rod builds in any tournament, chances are either YOU have a wizard rod or have a bey that could counter it. Especially since this menace's predecessor, wizard arrow, comes in green, red, AND blue with alternate types to reflect them.

This is the sad case with all competitive collection franchises. Pokemon, Beyblade, Yugioh, Magic, Etc. When there is a wide range of things to choose from, it’s only natural for some to perform better than others on average or outright. So as a result, it’s a genuine survival of the fittest scenario. Where only the parts or collectibles strong enough to win persistently enough will remain in the active competition. Rules of nature: Only the strongest survive.

@@Jsina89 that's not really a mall of toys thing it's more a shipping business problem. They thought they had enough stock when you ordered, they probably shipped a bunch of stock after you ordered. And then realised your order was backlogged because they didn't have enough. It does kind of suck false promises and all. But it's something that could happen at any shipping website because it's a smaller business it happens a lot more often.

Im a budget Blader looking to get into competitive. So i picked up the Xtreme Battle Set and the cheapest Phoenix Wing Starter i could from amazon. The former for the great Stadium and two beys, and the latter for the string launcher and Phoenix… and because i already spent my other 35 dollars on a Beybattle Pass import. (Yes i do shower every other day, yes i do enjoy math and statistics, and yes i am aware it doesn’t work with the hasbro app). I sure hope i got the heavier one

There’s other codes I think besides the one I mentioned in this video, but I’m not sure which ones are new. If those Phoenixs have been sitting a while, then they’re probably not mold 3.

Sadly, Beyblade X is not big in Denmark at all 😟 I did see some other codes on Reddit, but they all started with 426, which wasn't the case for the ones I saw. They also did seem to have a big hole at the wing, which further confirmed that they were probably the old molds.
