I have learned the memorisation method from the Hekhalot and Chariot literature and memorised the texts of the whole series of Sefer ha-Zohar, I bet most of Mekubbalim and readers may not know such ultimate theme of Sefer ha-Zohar due to its sensitive nature.

Sounds like the issue is with you, not the video...I've struggled with attention deficit, I'm very easily distracted as well, so I make a concerted effort to only watch videos like this when I am alone or lying in bed at night.
