No, actually. I DON'T want to be the "next" Satoshi Kon. I want him to be the ONLY Satoshi Kon. There is no such thing as a next of either him or any artist. The first step of appreciating new cinema is by not putting new directors and auteurs in the shadow of someone else. That's just disrespectful in every way.
