On" Frank Valchiria "channel he shows "pictures" of that table picture, things moved around, n things missing...and even the shot glass was freshly poured because the icy cold liquor frosted up the glass. If it was left out for any length of time the condensation would not be still fresh on glass. It would be in a pool on table or evaporated... Totally staged pictures. This is the Amber that makes sense. The one she is portraying in VA is so unbelievable. She conned JD into falling for her and her intention always was to get as much as she could. Her former assistant explained in her deposition that Scamber changed how she dressed, what she liked and how she acted to suit Johnny. That's why JD said after a year the mask started slipping. You can't pretend to be someone you're not for very long. And then her primal instinct to control him began to show via physical violence. She is a very sick woman. I'm glad to see her actions blow up in her face. She deserves all of it.

To clarify: There are at least 3 instances where it had been proven that Amber hit Johnny. 1. At the top of the stairs she punched him in the face. 2. Audio recording where she admits to hitting him not “punching”him. 3. Audio recording Amber admitting When he was locked in the bathroom, she kicked the door into his head, then punched him in jaw. Also AH claimed JD of SA in her op Ed. Of which there is zero proof. And allegations are convoluted , ever changing, and without merit. This is the worst kind defamatory allegation of all of her false claims. Because it was allegations of a brutal sexual assault and crime. This being untrue is the epitome of DEFAMATION and she most certainly should be held accountable for this! #JusticeforJohnny

With your number 2 where she says she was hitting him, not punching him, I think he says on the audio he knows what a punch is. This was clearly another attempt by her to gaslight him into thinking she wasn’t just slamming her fists into his face. She even says she doesn’t know how her hands were. For me, that’s a straight case of punching again but trying to make him think it’s not as bad as he knows it was.

Outside of permitted evidence in this lawsuit there is an audio recording, ironically made by Amber Heard herself, in the aftermath of the Australia incident with the vodka bottle. It wasn't permissible as evidence due to there being other people besides Johnny Depp and Amber in it, including his former bodyguard who passed away before this lawsuit began. In this audio you can hear their doctor and another doctor searching for the piece of Johnny's finger that had been severed. You can also hear Amber say "Johnny thinks I did this" before stomping away in what sounds like high heels. This alone contradicts her version of events where she claims she was "penetrated" by said vodka bottle to the point of it breaking inside her causing vaginal bleeding and that there was broken glass everywhere that caused her to get lacerated feet. A short time later she returns and admits that she didn't mean to hurt him and that she loves him and doesn't want to lose him, outing herself as having caused the injury. Later on at some point you can hear his bodyguard warning another person to be careful what they say because "she's listening". Johnny in his testimony said that he lied about what happened to the Australian police investigating the incident to protect Amber's career. In return she tried to ruin him with false domestic violence allegations.

From my experience of being raised by a mother who’s a malignant narcissist, it’s absolutely *beyond* horrible, confusing and terrifying for a child. Unfortunately my mom was physically, emotionally and mentally abusive to my brother and I. Our *ONLY* saving grace was having a wonderful dad who was the *OPPOSITE* of my mom! He was loving, caring and generous. However, my dad was working all the time to provide a great life for us that he didn’t have. So long story short, it was *HELL* for us kids. And we always thought that my mom was simply selfish and mean. My dad was working so much and then was so tired that he didn’t know what was going on bc my mom would threaten us that if we said anything, it’d be much more difficult for us both when he wasn’t around. Bc of my dad’s beliefs, he stayed married to her for 30 years until at only 60, he died suddenly of a heart attack. Even though it was the most *AWFUL* thing I’ve ever experienced, I was glad that I was able to be there with him in his last moments on earth. My brother hasn’t spoken to my mom in 20 years. Through therapy, I found out about her diagnosis(people didn’t talk about nor know about narcissism in the early 2000’s like now) So I *ABSOLUTELY* feel so much empathy for her innocent daughter that will no doubt be a victim of her narcissistic abuse. It’s *TRAGIC* to say the least! And I really *HOPE* that someone in her daughters life will be there for her and be able to help to keep her *safe!*

I’ve been saying this too! Not going to lie, I’ve got experience with people using cocaine on a glass table. From the start I was saying there’s no way the all-night session she said took place actually happened. There’s no residue. After hours upon hours of use, cutting it up on the table and pushing it into lines - there’d be residue. 100%. And I’m guessing Johnny would get god quality stuff, which would be oily and would definitely leave smudges. You’d see the marks where the card was used, little drags through the residue. No way was that table used for an all-night cocaine session. It’s too clean. Edit: I meant “good quality” but “god quality” works too 😆

I can certainly understand why you would want to avoid her. Me, as a woman, when another female gives me those scary vibes, especially at work, I’ll show no fear of her because that’s what those types of people feed on. I keep myself ready, at all times, for the verbal assault and let that person know that I don’t give a shit. Even if they’re a supervisor, I’ll walk away from them while they’re in mid sentence and pretend they don’t exist just to see if they try something as i turn my back to them. That’s the beauty of working in a place that has cameras everywhere. I treat them like they’re non essential and aren’t there …they’re invisible and it drives them nuts. However, they never mess with me again because they can’t get that reaction from me. Im sure it’s different in the acting business but you have to show them no fear and never engage them. If they make threats to tell management that I’m not cooperating…I tell them go ahead. The scary thing is that there are a lot of people out there like her.

I don’t think anyone is beyond redemption, not even Heard, but she would have to admit to ALL of her lies & put in years of work. She would have to show a complete 180 & humbly accept any of the consequences of her actions to afford her a come back story. I say this as a recovering addict who has gone through my own self awareness & who has had to accept that the consequences of my actions didn’t just get fixed as soon as I starting fixing myself. I think there’s a high likelihood Johnny will win the case because I think it seems quite evident he was defamed. She didn’t need to mention him for anyone to come to the conclusion she was talking about him because of her previous accusations. Accusations she knew were misleading at best, incredibly vile & false at worst. That makes it malicious intent. Lastly he’s had witnesses state that while it would never have been vocalized that her article was the reason he was fired or couldn’t be offered roles, it was widely understood that was why, which shows his loss of income. He’s been able to prove his case, in my opinion. Her entire defense is “everyone is lying but me” “I have evidence but you just can’t see it” it is making you believe that reality is not actually what you see & hear with your own eyes & ears. It would be illogical to find it reasonable. Once again, in my opinion.

I certainly think that Dr Shannon Curry's assessment of Amber Heard, that she had Borderline and Histrionic Personality Disorders is proving to be very accurate. While I am no psychologist, Narcissistic Personality Disorder is in the same group of Disorders and I would be inclined to believe there is also an element of Narcissism in this woman. It certainly looks like she wanted to bury Johnny Depp, metaphorically, and chillingly, it could have been literally. She turned on the charm to lure him in and as he described, she began to change and a nasty, violent personality came out. As others have said, it looks like she took photos, faked injuries with makeup and created several audio recordings and at least one video one in an attempt to set him up as an abuser. As methodical as she was in doing this it's clear that she wasn't clever enough. She wanted him so often to "fight back" but instead he chose to walk away. If he'd actually fought back he would more than likely have lost this defamation lawsuit. My guess is she didn't expect him to fight back through the courts. She thought she lived rent free in his head (as well as his penthouses) enough that he would go withering into oblivion, when she went through with her threat to him to make falsified domestic violence claims, after he refused her utterly outrageous divorce settlement demands which included most of the penthouses, a Range Rover and monthly payments of 50K for the rest of his life I believe. She banked on the fact that society is seemingly geared into thinking domestic violence is male assaults female and cannot possibly be the other way around, knowing that a baying media and public would turn on him in an instant. It has taken him six long, difficult years to finally have his side of the story listened to and it has led to a dramatic shift in the overall public perception over who the real abuser was in that relationship. Because she wasn't clever enough and her behaviour has been exposed during this lawsuit as well as beforehand with the audio recordings, she has tried to get even more fanciful and ridiculous with her lies to try and keep ahead of everyone. Not that many people are buying it though. She is obviously a very nasty person who has a strong psychological grip on people, especially her sister Whitney who sees committing perjury in court for her sister as the lesser of two evils when compared to facing Amber's wrath for going against her. If the jurors rule in Depp's favour I doubt Miss Heard will ever accept accountability for her actions. It just doesn't fit her personality. Her career should be finished because of what she has done. Not only has she made Johnny and Whitney's lives hell, she has metaphorically slapped survivors of domestic violence in their collective faces with her lies.

Yes! When I found out she was trying to tell him he didn't have to file a response to the divorce petition, she was banking on that JD would be too dumb and take her at her word, which would then put the divorce petition into default, then she would essentially get what she was demanding. Thankfully, JD has been through a divorce before and knows the process. Even if it was an amicable split from his wife of 14 years and the mother of his children. So, in my eyes, she was extorting him and trying to keep her freeloading lifestyle with all her freeloading freeloading friends. Her statement that she wasn't after his money was thus another lie on top of all her other lies.

The fact that she was taking adderall and mixing all sorts of other drugs essentially speedballing shows how much MORE unstable her moods would be. Adderall is known to have that kind of negative side effect. I feel soo awful for Johnny Depp! I do think AH can get help if she admits herself into a center that specializes in DBT therapy. This is like a twelve step program for personality disorders; but she needs to admit it to herself and others first.

When he left Paradis, he gave her 150 million, and they weren't married. So, while being generous is great, he has blown through 600 million of income throughout his career with very little to show for it. His financial issues precede AH, so while she didn't help, she is not the cause of his financial woes. He failed to pay all of his taxes for 15 years, so again that predates AH. Not an apologist for AH but his financial woes go back many years.

Her choice to use a surrogate for having a baby makes TOTAL sense now, it's because she has an addiction to cocaine and other drugs! She claimed it was because she wanted a kid on her own terms but I still don't believe she has a fertility issue, she could have carried a child through artificial insemination. It's not only the lack of cocaine residue in those photos that point to them being staged, it's the way other items in the pictures are moved or missing between photos of the same table, such as; the CD on the handbag, the tobacco pouch being rolled up differently and the cigarette. It's like she was trying to get the composition just right, realised she needed a cigarette to make it look more believable, knocked the CD when doing that and had to reposition it.

Amber's comeback? Doubtful. One of the many problems connected with Amber are that the movie companies aren't going to trust her. Attaching her Op-ed to the premiere of a major movie production she is involved with was highly irresponsible. Amber is directly the reason that Warner Bros. is reluctant to release Aquaman. Additionally, when Aquaman 2 is released, it is going to dredge up the Depp v Heard case. Amber has directly harmed the livelihood of the director, actors, writers and crew that were attached to the making of Aquaman. If Amber just tried to conduct herself professionally, she would be probably working on the filming of Aquaman 3.
