Toxic people are not willing to admit their faults and mistakes! Listening to stoic videos is key for growth!!❤

That's because they've been stuck in their cocoons for too long without shedding their skin. But it's okay, the universe will help them learn their lesson. Just live virtuously and move forward with the shield of stoicism. It's okay to be hungry, no one knows when you're full, the important thing is to always have a goal for yourself. Thank you, I wish you and this happy community all the best. I love you all so much.

Toxic people drain energy and keep others stuck in cycles of negativity. The wisdom of Stoicism reminds us to focus on our reactions and maintain inner strength regardless of external chaos. Listening to Stoic teachings isn't just about growth-it’s about reclaiming power over our own minds and protecting our peace. By staying anchored in reason and self-awareness, we can rise above toxic influences and chart our own path forward. What’s your favorite Stoic teaching for dealing with challenging people?

I’m having a test in resilience at this time. I have end stage osteoarthritis in my hip sidelining me from working out. I’ll be seeing an orthopedic surgeon this morning and will probably have the hip replacement…the test is waiting for the surgery so I can move on.😢

Agreed...it's my biggest challenge...people always try to set me off...and when I allow them to they want to know what's wrong with me!! It's exhausting...I am not approachable I suppose because I don't walk around smiling at everyone I see ..I'm on a mission to get things done.. I just know someone will irritate me...for a long time many years actually I would wonder why people don't think like I do...not anymore loyalty exists only to myself first...loyalty is so important and huge to me...I like how I think and approval is not needed...yea its hard..work in progress..
