Yes i also have 59 active. Themes of s3cs addiction are common with this gate on open sacrals, so its something to pay attention to. Indeed have become very aware of it! I find this topic of energy sublimation to have been instrumental and incredibly important with this configuration.

Hi Luciano, Can you comment about loss of sexual energy during the ascension process/spiritual awakening. Is this normal and healthy, part of bodily ascension symptoms?

There should not be any loss of sexual energy. If you are doing the practices, at most the energy is just sublimated. On the other hand, if you are following restrictive diets (like the vegan diet) its possible that there is a lack of essential nutrients to replenish the sexual hormones, and its just malnourishment and not spiritual awakening (ive went through this experience myself many years ago)

Hi luciano, I’m not sure that I agree that loss of sexual energy can be related to diet. When we look around at western culture, sexual appetite does not seem to be in decline considering a diet of chemicals that most are surviving on. Maybe you are speaking about a different type of sexual energy that most do not yet have experience with? Can you clarify?

@@krisscott4826 I can tell you from my own direct experience that nutrition has a direct impact on hormonal health, and by extension, sex drive. Of course its not the only factor, but its one of the foundational aspects. A lifestyle full of chemicals and industrial products can have an impact as well. Trauma can have an impact. Lack of proper sleep. Excessive dissipation of the sexual energy. Many factors can contribute.

Mula bandha is way more important than uddiyana... most yogis will tell you there's no point at all to uddiyana before mula bandha is developed... using abdominal lock without root lock is counterproductive... it will force apana downward, which is why it's used for cleansing abd elimination practices...
