Thank you po Pastor, umiiyak po ako habang nakikinig sa inyo. Na-miss ko po talaga si Lord. Sobrang busy ko na pala. I've been so tired sa trabaho, I am an online teacher po kasi Pastor and dealing with this new education system that we have right now dahil sa Covid 19, sobrang nakakapagod po. Like everyday. Habang nakikinig po ako sa inyo, na-realized ko sobrang busy ko na pala. May mga panahon Pastor na nakakatulog ako sa sobrang pagod, nawawalan na ako ng oras for prayers and meditation. I felt so guilty at times na katabi lang ng desktop ko yung Bible, pero hanggang tingin nalang ako kasi sobrang abala sa trabaho. God knows my heart Pastor, I desire of Him everyday, Na-realized ko na dahil sa sobrang busy ko. Nakakalimutan ko na kung Sino Siya sa buhay ko, at ano ang kaya Niyang gawin that's why siguro I always feel so tired and exhausted.

Hi guys, please Pray for me. Ive been struggling with anxiety and depression. My dad died last 2013 and my mom died last 2017. Im 34, single and i live alone in my house because my siblings have their own family. I was diagnosed with RHD, cardiomegaly and pulmonary hypertension. I work in a hospital pharmacy where usually we work alone per shift. I can manage the stress at work but whenever i feel something weird about my body like palpitations, i end up ovethinking about dying then everything turns out bad with the increased blood pressure and difficulty in breathing. I affects also my sleep. Most of the time im afraid. Afraid to die and to be alone. I am the first christian in the family but now i feel like im the one being left out because of my anxiety. I am watching this video because i want to break the wall that anxiety built in me to connect fully with God.

I second demotion Pastor. I really felt the contentment, peace, joy, lobe if cling to the Lord. If you depend on His promises. Thanks God I am a Christian in time of Pandemic. Because I knew I have a Tatay who is always available to stand us. And being on His side, follow His commands now I feel the forgiveness of my husband. Now we have bible devotion every other day..
