Très bon documentaire ! J'en regarde un épisode tous les soirs et il m'enchante ! Connaissant bien le sujet, je n'ai aucunmal à me repérer par rapport aux différentes époques mises en parallèle. C'est même une très bon montage.

C’est un super document cela dit, tout est décousu, et le fil historique est décidément difficile à saisir dans son ensemble.. Cela aurait été bien d’avoir un documentaire chronologique historiquement… Parce que là, on fait des bons en avant et en arrière plusieurs fois en même pas 5 min, et c’est vrai que sur 5h de vidéo, on perd vite le fil…😅 Mais bon ça reste sympa à regarder!👍

Amazing accomplishments, there is no limit to what the scientists of the world can do, and I can't help thinking that the dream of space conquest is closely related to climate change, so much so that I don't think that asking the common mortal to change the way they live (avoid travel, recycling, etc...) no matter how important it is, it does seem like a joke compare to space program and its effect on the environment. What are we getting from it?

What are we getting from it? Everything you USE TODAY is directly related to NASA and the space program. They're an open-source operation with many of these discoveries from cell phones, computers, GPS, commercial flight fly-by-wire, climate change models, and so much more. The space program wasn't started as a way to mass exodus the earth when it's destroyed!

I’ve never been able to establish if the X15 flights above 100 klms and considered to be flown into space actually beat Alan Shepherds and Yuri Gargarins flights into space. The information is difficult to establish. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this.🇦🇺

It is technically considered space bc that is the altitude of the Karman Line. But Gagarin was at an altitude of 300km and he achieved orbit.

Thanks Ant. If that is the case I don’t know why the Americans didn’t shout it from the highest mountain that they beat the Russians into space with a man. Possibly because it wasn’t what would be considered a space flight. Seeing as it was a winged aircraft taking off from a mother craft and landing like an ordinary aircraft.🇦🇺
