O wise ones! You told my favorite analogy! I have had many guru's for many things, but when I became a machinist I was told about the old machinist who was the only one who knew how to fix the old machines. They called, he came, spent 5 minutes and wrote the bill for $500. You know the rest. Why $500 for 5 minutes!? $10 for the adjustment...$490 for knowing what to adjust! Now I'm one of the only ones who know. I love, agree, and live everything that Guru Pashupati said. This man is very wise and speaks the truth. There is no doubt this is the truth!

my primary aim is learning and not therapy. But i have a problem in both my wrists which reduced my grip strength. May be a tendon or nerve got damaged. (not sure which one).
