I have a release of the movie that says on my tape it was released on 02/12/86 and this copy has the 1984 red and white FBI screen and then the movie but when i compare it to the an actual 1986 reprint of the black diamond release it has the dark red FBI screen can someone tell me if it is rhe 1985 version 2 or a rare release on the 1986 reprint it came in the black padded clamshell im confused

Both of my copies have the red and white FBI screen. One is dated 6/25/85 and the other 12/23/85. I would like to compare that to a Black Diamond that is not padded and see if the screen is the same.

Yes im confused because my copy was printed in 1986 and its a 1985 copy

If it has the warning screen that's red like the later warning screen then it is the 1986 print. Does it have a dealer announcement too?
