I don’t have diet restrictions too but I still have abs because I constantly move (household chores) and do weight training at least once a week. 💪🏼😁 It’s just a matter of staying active and stop eating when you’re full. I eat everything but I know my limit. Enjoy life lang guys but always remember, living a balanced lifestyle is the key to a sexier you. 😉 5:29 i’m sure you put on sunscreen too! Yun ang pinaka importante to avoid fine lines and wrinkles from forming most esp on our face.

Sorry to say this to have kids at the age of 50’s is a bit selfish, pag nasa 20 na yung anak mo nasa 70 ka na. How can u match their energy kung ganyan na edad, eh pano kung ikakasal na sila, maihahatid mo pa ba sila sa altar? For me to have kids 30 or late 30’s is good so u still around para makapiling ka din na yung mga apo.
