I retired, but when i calmly and assertively asked (nicely and with please) my neighbor's 5th work crew in a week transferring and depositing themselves, equipment, and materials through my yard to access his not to trespass, all hell broke loose. Male neighbor came flying with veins bulging, stood about 4 inches from me with a wagging finger an inch from my eyes and started screaming. All first amendment protected. Luckily, using the word trespass finger the attention of the salesman/job manager, and the results were positive. I used to be so afraid of asserting myself, because of negative reactions, but in the end it's almost always worth it.

Mark which 1 of your books would you recommend for NIFL(Healer) that has panic attacks talking to new ppl and opening biz online to help deal w customer conflict?? Your field of expertise and the way you communicate seems to be similar to my style. Books I’ve read in past didn’t really speak to me,your analogies & communication style would help w my confidence.
