I'm so glad you pointed out how an less experienced creator might not want to touch the raw unedited videos with white boards, because small creators often do everything & it is appealing to lower the editing time but you just pointed out why this might not work for us. Very good advice, Ed, thank you!

Your channel has simply been an inspiration to me. Thank you! I have one question, if I may. What's your advice on recreating content? Like, if I have an evergreen key video, am I able to A/B test thumbnails and titles or should I consider quasi-reposting after a certain period? Thank you again. Keep crushing it. 🤙🏼

Ed idk whats been going on, ive been following for a really long time and I've learned a lot from your advice, and lately I feel like im not really learning anything from your videos, they feel dragged and that you take a lot of time to get to the point, and when you do get to the point its not really worth the wait. I think you are falling into a very repetitive trap lately, your videos all feel like the same and they dont feel as value packed as before. Maybe this is what you'd like to do to keep reaching for a newer audience, but as a long time viewer the videos have started to feel boring honestly. The way you present, the scripting, the same formula for every video, the same tricks that once felt really innovative are not hitting the same spots. I mean this comment in the most positive of aspects, i feel like you can do better, maybe a new serious round of ideation on how to present the information in a more refreshing way could help. Again this is just one opinion, hopefully you see it and dont take it the wrong way! Thanks for the info shared
@TheProfessionalCleaner20 күн бұрын
I... like Ed... use KZbin as a way to drive sales of my coaching program... which to be honest means every new video doesn't have to be revolutionary. A basic but powerful truth is this... "People need to be reminded more than they need to be taught." Which = KZbin videos that can feel repetitive. That said... I still learned something very important from this video... which is I need to use props more and become a more visual teacher. But guess what... he's taught me that before through his videos. But it was this reminder, at this moment in time, that it clicked as to why that's so important for me and my channel. And making videos like this is also what will make this sustainable for him (and me too) for a long time... versus always trying to come up with something completely brand new. Hope that makes sense. 🙂
@fedenavone196220 күн бұрын
@@TheProfessionalCleaner yes I agree with you all the way! Maybe a better way to word what I feel is that the format maybe have gotten more popular in KZbin overall and now it feels like just another channel, when it used to feel like Eds channel.
