I found the flights I wanted on the BA website with Qatar, says 3 left economy, 45000 points + $260, I rang Qantas to book and they said they can’t see them on there website, do you know why this is?

Not all Qatar reward flights are immediately made available via Qantas, generally they are made available to partner airlines closer to the scheduled date.
