Question: How do I handle toxic family members who want/expect consistent communication? It causes a lot of stress and anxiety for me. How do I set strict boundaries without sending the message that I'm angry or holding a grudge? The 'bible' is NOT the Torah. The Torah has to be read in the language it was given (Hebrew) and not translations. And most of the reference in the Torah are not clear and direct and are explained by the Oral Torah and Zohar
