Wow - Excellent numbers. Could be a cute little house. I can see a 1st time home buyer snatching it up. The yard is huge, nice lot and already fenced - score! I like that you put in upgrades that most landlords don't do, floors, counter tops, tile.

@@SanbornConstructionGroup -- If you are 6 foot, this house seems to have low ceilings. I thought even in older homes the minimum ceiling height was 7 feet and this doesn't seem to go up much higher than the doorway.
