bro when you click on extrude and others the 3d text appears white and accepts bevels but for me the 3d text bag is black and does not accept other bevels why is this happening

Should be transparent but if you put deep glow on it you have to click on “unmult” check box

Could be the material you are using, try applying it to a reflective material like a metal

Duplicate the 3D text layer , put deep glow on the top one and unmult, and on the bottom one just be regular with no deep glow and see if that works!
