INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (CRISPY HONEY GARLIC WINGS)
2 lbs chicken wings
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
4 tbsp rice flour
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp water
4 tbsp unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp water
A little bit of black pepper
Chili flakes, adjust to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Gizzards Binagoongan sa Gata)
1.5 lbs chicken gizzards
1 thumb sized ginger, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
2 long green chili pepper, sliced
1/2 cup water
Half chicken cube seasoning
1 cup sliced string beans + 1 large eggplant, sliced
1 and 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 and 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste + 1/4 black pepper + pinch of magic sarap (optional)
