Niceee 👍🏽, please do you have a hack for annoying splashing tomatoes when frying stew? It splashes everywhere, it’s so frustrating and annoying 🥹🥹

Unfortunately I don't have a solution to that. Try using low heat and covering the pot leaving a small space for heat to escape until the tomatoes dries down.

My tomatoes will test good but once I add Maggie and salt than it sour

Maggie and salt are essential to making most of our food, especially stew. Add the Maggie when the stew is almost done frying and continue until it comes to crumble texture. I hope this helps 🙏🏽

Sorry about that. You have to slowly cook the tomato mix for all the water to evaporate 1st before adding other ingredients. It works for me all the time.
