@@DutchyOutdoorCookingBBQ Yes. Take what you just made and smoke it to an internal of 165 F. We do have cured unsmoked bacon here as well, but it is usually wet cured. I did bacon videos before. Thank you for the reply, Steve.

That looks so good, I’m almost tempted. Can you put it in the smoker to make smoked bacon? Is that Warburton’s bread? Miss that stuff although we have found the British shop here sells it frozen but it’s in a plastic wrapper which doesn’t seem the same. Take care and congrats to Derby on getting promoted.

Hi Selina, I do usually Cold Smoke my Bacon, but the ambient temperature was too high to safely smoke it. Yes good old Warburtons 🍞. Yes the Rams are going up 🐏 👏 Good news all round (almost) for East Midlands Clubs, Derby promoted, Chesterfield promoted, Mansfield town promoted, Leicester promoted and Forest just clinging on!
