The Secret to Poi Meltdowns (Poi Lessons Intermediate)

Poi meltdowns used to be the height of tech poi but now seem almost a forgotten relic. This trick is kind of a perfect fit for poi lessons intermediate or beginner to intermediate level because it requires you to learn lots of behind the back poi trick technique. They remain to this day one of my favorite intermediate poi tricks and I use them all the time. In this intermediate poi tutorial I'll give you the drills you need to master your behind the back planes as well as a step-by-step guide on how to work up to these fun but challenge intermediate poi moves.

This has always been a bit of an Achilles heel of sorts...I can "kinda" pull them off but my right shoulder always has the trouble bc of an old hockey injury/shoulder surgery. That being said, thanks for sharing this bc it's given me the inspiration to rededicate myself to working on this consistently to clean it up :)

Waist wraps go very well with meltdowns, and you can transition between the two very amoothly
