Yes good video Craig. The pentatonic, for me, is the basic road map of the fretboard. You can use it, go outside it and if you feel a bit lost come back into it. The 5 pentatonic shapes and an understanding of the CAGED system was the biggest boost to my guitar playing.

Good stuff as always Craig!......I believe, no matter what scale you use especially the pentatonic....if you can be creative and use it differently and not sound like everyone else....then you will always stay ahead of the game...that's why icons like Jimi, Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, BB and tons of others are considered legends...in my opinion...
