I JUST started reading “The 12-week Year! I’ll let you know what I think when I finish. If you want to get up earlier, get a dog lol. Mine had me up before 6am today. I wish dogs understood that you sleep in on the weekend lol.

Thanks for sharing more info on this. I remember watching one of her interviews and it seems like a good approach to start the day. I’m currently reading the 12 Week Year and I like it a lot. This video was helpful in terms of getting feedback from someone who has tried the technique. 🙏🏽💕
