Wonderful. Judith Durham, who was 78 years young on the 3rd July in fine form. The Seekers truly are an amazing group of proud Australians. And Australia is proud of them. Jeanne Hildebrandt. You're absolutely correct, 100%. Judith Durham is one of two 'voices of a generation'. For the 1960's, it is Judith Durham. For the 1970's, Karen Carpenter. Both singers legends in their time. Plus, instantly recognised, the moment you hear them sing. I grew up in Both era's. Even sang 'Morningtown Ride', to my siblings to help them sleep. Unfortunately, Karen is no longer with us. Today's stars have a long road to travel to match these wonderful ladies. God bless Judith. Rest in peace Karen. You're never forgotten.
