Electrodome is S tier and Hyrule circuit is dog shit. I'm a Zelda fan too but damn they made that map trash. If you don't hit all three of the boost things you don't get the master sword out and if you miss the last one, it's nay impossible to turn hard enough so you don't smack straight into the wall. And the end with the deku plants gets in my damn nerves cause there is no reason for there to be split narrow paths with the plants at the edge of each. For a solo race, the master sword part sucks cause you always have to hit it perfect or you have to go around it which is difficult af. But for multiplayer it's easy cause everyone is hitting the speed boosts. In time trial, it's easy af to avoid the deku plants. In multiplayer, those assholes push you straight into the plants because there's no fucking room. Electrodome has vibing piranha plants. Also the "stair" design it has is a way better version of whatever cheese land was going for. You can skip up the stairs, but you're not flying off like cheese land. Also you can potentially hit racers from the other part of the map if you're far enough. When you hit the all black road asking the wall you can see people who are just finishing their lap. As long as you have an arching projectile you can land it on that part of the road. Also it doesn't punish you for the end drift where you are supposed to be as close to the edge as possible. The piranha plants don't reach that far
