You have 3 different options for the big fella. two of the options are for different questlines for other NPC's but if you want to "spirit him away" you need to equip the divine abduction that you got after killing the long armed centipede giraffe. if you want to do either of the other questlines, go find Doujun in the abandoned dungeon for his "bad" ending or Anayama near the outskirts wall - stairway idol for his "good" ending.

Mist raven is the one that lets you be immune to any attack, and looks like something straight out of Naruto, it's found in the Hirata Estate where you have to fight the ministry ninja.

Hey Jev! Loving the videos so far. Little tip for Kotaru, the big guy in the monk area who wanted the flower. There is a Prosthetic Tool called Divine Abduction that you picked up after killing the Long-arm Centipede Giraffe. You can use that tool on him to "spirit him away" and he will end up in boss room of the Folding Screen Monkeys, where you can talk to him, ending his quest. Hope this helps!

Jev you should talk to black hat badger in the Ashina Castle Old Grave and get the Loaded Umbrella as soon as you can, there’s a variation of the umbrella that blocks terror attacks, makes it really easy to deal with headless and sichiman warriors. The umbrella also outright blocks thrust and grab attacks.

Jev the alcohol are only used on npcs like ishinn, Emma, and the sculptor. You can give it to them and they tell you some bits of lore about the game. Each drink gives different lore from the other. For example, if you give isshin monkey booze. He talks about something different than if you give him dragon spring sake. It does nothing ingame. But it’s a cool little thing to learn about different npc’s stories

Beating 90% 5 years ago is huge, that muscle memory becomes rusty but it doesn't go away. The whole deal about Sekiro's difficulty is learning the combat system. Its definitely difficult. It wouldn’t have gained the hardest fromsoft game title if that wasn’t the case. Even with spam parrying which most people did in their first playthroughs people struggled and I’ve known and met so many people who quit early on. After your first playthrough of course it gets much easier tho. Kuro charm and bell demon definitely makes the game significantly harder.

Hey Jev if you use firecrackers ( they’re your best friend for stunning) then jump into the air while doing the mortal draw input, the blade comes out faster. Could be very useful!!! Good luck

The different types of boozes are meant for different characters, with their only use really being to get small pieces of extra lore through talking. So with the Monkey Booze for instance, I'm fairly certain you give that one to the Sculpture in order to get some lines on his past. The Dragonspring Sake can be given to Isshin, as well as Emma though that one I'm less sure on. But bottom line, they're all just for lore Also to finish Kotaro's quest, you need to take the Large Fan to the Sculpture to unlock the Devine Abduction prosthetic tool. You're supposed to use it on him, and then go over to where you fought the Folding Screen Monkeys in order to get your reward and see the end of the quest. It's still sad, but not as sad as you remember

The purple guy in the dungeon from last episode has a item the gives u 5 spirit emblems for half your health, but u need Devine confetti to hit him and to use anti air deathblow, and u need Pacifying agent to reduce terror build up anti air deathblow can be found at the same place the Shield is at.

Jev for the giant you can use the fan prosthetic you got from defeating the mini boss that just kept swinging on you to spirit him away and he goes to the hall of illusion where you fought the four monkeys. He gives you a key item for the secret ending there.

Most players may know this but in case you don’t , you can use the spear to pull the centipede out and do lot of damage in second faze when you parry the downward swing and stun him . Mortal blade is generally great though too

bit of a helpful tip here (and spoiler but i'm not sure): hey my boi jev that umbrella you got, there's an upgrade for it which makes it purple and let me tell you just one thing, that upgrade makes the headless and shishigami minibosses or whatever their name is an absolute *JOKE*. so if you want you can go and get that upgrade since the headless enemies are quite annoying and difficult to deal with. but for it to absolutely annihilate them you need one of the shinobi prosthetic arts (projected force) which makes you able to attack with it.
