Great debut for Ghulam but Babar should have been given one last chance in this test and I am sure that he has not been dropped only because of his bad form in tests but it is kind of stunt by Pakistan selectors to show the Pakistani public that they are powerful to drop Babar, Shaheen and Naseem together and that too after just one test of this series.

Calling Babar a great batsmen is an insult to rich history of excellent batsmen that Pakistan has had in the past. How many test matches Babar has helped Pakistan win at home or away? How many back to walls innings he had played to help his team win the test matches? An overall average of 43 with a mediocre average in SENA countries does not make him great at all. At best a good test batsmen who is very mediocre in white ball cricket.
