whats wrong with Dominion. That was man's first God given order " to have Dominion". The first Adam failed in that because he sin, then the second Adam came and showed us how to have dominion on the earth by living Kingdom Lives. We suppose to live and have dominion on earth as it is in Heaven. That is why must pray "....THY KINGDOM COME, THY WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN...." EARTH IS MAN'S DOMAIN. GOD MADE IT FOR US TO RULE AND HAVE DOMINION BY PULLING DOWN KINGDOM RESOURCES AND LIVE ACCORDINING TO HIS PRINCIPLES AND STANDARDS AND BE IN HIS PRESENCE ALWAYS. THAT WAS THE PRIVILEGE OF THE FIRST MAN. HE WAS IN GOD'S PRESENCE CONSTANTLY HAVING DOMINION IN THE GARDEN UNTIL HE FELL OUT OF GOD'S PRESENCE BY FOLLOWING THE DEVIL. THE MOMENT HE FELL OUT OF GOD'S PRESENT, THE SAME TIME HE STOP DOMINION. WE MUST HAVE DOMINION OVER OUR FAMILIES, OUR FINANCES, OUR EDUCATION, OUR MEDIA ETC. WE SHOULD BE HAVING KINGDOM BUSINESSES, BANKS, SCHOOLS, GOVERNMENT, ETC GOD IS LOOKING FOR A PEOPLE TO BUILD HIS KINGDOM ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. BUT WE GET UP EVERY DAY SINGING ABOUT GOING TO HEAVEN.

Israel was a "nation" unto God. Their faith, values and practices were all given by God and were to be the same for everyone. America, on the other hand, has "religious freedom". There are many with different faiths, no faith, who are in the high positions. I don't believe we were ever here to "change the world" but instead we are being changed by God in the face of the world. Our testimony to the world is who we are becoming by way of the work being done in us by God. It is true that when we hold positions with power, we are to "raise the standard" of God; thereby exposing evil. But not to influence them, simply because we have dedicated ourselves to God and now we are living out that faith that we received. We become a light in the darkness; not following the ways and practices of this world, but the ways and truths of Christ. Though we are in the world, we are not of the world. We know this world, is passing away. Our faith has nothing to do with business; but our being "A New Creation" and now we are citizens of the Kingdom of God. Thus, we live as such. It's that simple.

EVE...I like your metaphor...BUT... When God leaves your tree - the fruits begin to wither. Without a God we are forced to invent our own moral compass...That makes us god's. When man becomes god...there are unintended consequences. Eventually...all hell is manifested... Secular atheism killed 20 million in the Soviet Union...More in China. Millions more unborn children...are wiped out every year. There is an irrational virus of evil in the dna of mankind...cut that free and...God help you. The first Eve discovered that to her cost.
