I definitely hope a sewing club is implemented in 1980s mode. It would be such an interesting club. Plus Sakyu did say the headmaster only allowed the occult club to exist was because he wanted the students to have as much freedom as possible at Akademi. But that was AFTER the murder took place since the people no longer wanted to enroll in Akademi. Love the concept Reuben, keep up the good work 👏

It would be nice if the president of the sewing club was hazu's dad and hazu had a sibling that also were presidents of the club after the dad, but when the sibling died (cuz idk) he then tried to be the president of the club, but no one was interested anymore in sewing because the sibling was loved by everyone while he was hated for unknown reasons. Then the school removed the sewing club and now it's only the sewing room.

I am in love with this concept! It's a lovely, and tasteful alternative to the occult club! Honestly, the Occult club feels like an afterthought in the 1980's mode. This also serves as another nod back to the older versions of the game where there WAS a sewing club! Something that would be more prevalent in the 80's, but that would have sadly died down by the early 2000's. My only question is what is the 202X sewing room used for in this 1980's concept? Still just a sewing room, or is it a spare room used for storing unusual supplies that might be re-used in the later years of Akidemi?

That would be cool but I think I'd be more accurate if some students reacted positively and some negatively to it being a doll of someone who's dead. I personally would be sadder if the doll looked like my dead friend or family member. Maybe that's just me though.

Oh my goodness yes. It should be made that the more you practice within a club the more powerful the benefits will be. For example, initially joining the Martial Arts Club would only make the player’s struggle strength slightly increase while the max over an agonizing amount of practice will result in instant wins.

This is really cool! I think a cool feature of this club could be custom gifts. If you keep giving senpai the same level 3 shark gift, he will get bored and appreciate it less, his sanity increase halving every time you give the same gift. You would have to find out his likes and dislikes to create a fitting gift for him. However, info-chan isn’t here in 1980s mode, and there is no internet, so Ryoba cannot ask info chan about his preferences, and she cannot stalk his social media. She would have 3 options, each yielding different results. The Monday rival conversation will now feature Senpai talking about two of his preferences. Spy on this conversation to learn them. This is low effort so there is a low reward. Ryoba can befriend her rivals and ask them about Senpai’s preferences. This gives 4 preferences. Finally, Ryoba can stalk Senpai after school. This is a stealth mission and being caught will result in -50 rep and -50% Senpai sanity. You will also not be able to stalk him for 2 weeks after being caught. The stealth mission will take a long time and therefore Ryoba will go straight to bed when she gets home and cannot go to town. This gives 8 preferences.

amazing concept reuben! i think another feuture to add to it would to be able to make gifts specifically for senpai, or for your rivals/other people. like if you were to go around gossiping, talking to others etc. you could learn what they like and make a gift for them! like for example, if you wanna get on the bullies good side if this were to exist in the current yansim, you could make them leg warmers, a new skirt, etc. or if you were to make a gift for a bookworm, maybe a book holder? i also think once you get to level 3 it would make sense to be able to make any kind of clothing, or you could add sewing books to one of the store (idk which one) then ryoba could learn how to make different things like clothing, bags, etc. these are just my ideas, but its a super cool concept and i hope yandev sees this and considers adding it to the 1980s mode!

This should be implemented thanks to Sakyu giving out the lore of the school. Such as after the events of 1989 the headmaster wanted the students to have as much freedom. Such as the sewing club could've became, no longer needed like the newspaper club in 202x. Also Oka is the founder of the Occult Club and somehow it is still in the mode.

I absolutely love the concept. However as you said, this is only exclusive for 1980s mode. So Increasing senpai's sanity with a gift is not of much use since Ryoba would kidnap him at the end. Other then that, this whole idea is absolutely amazing!

The sewing club could be really benefit-ful club! If your writing skill is maxed and you can pretend be somebody, and your in this club then you may be able to persuade people into believing your somebody your not. (ex. best friend, a boy wanting a relationship, idk) With the power of this club, you can also make little gifts for senpai, and maybe this can help him think better of Lady Ryoba and she can get a better hand!

I like the idea of Ryoba being able to raise school atmosphere by leaving mourning students gifts, along with giving gifts to senpai.And since the sewing club is technically still around when Ayano is at Academi,it could give her some opportunities that Ryoba didn't have in the 80s.Like making a rival a gift,not only will they're opinion of Ayano increase depending on how well made the gift is but Ayano could bug the gift with a hidden camera in the eyes of a doll/plushie or a listening device inside as a way to spy on rivals.Also I imagine the Sewing club would be very involved with the drama club, especially when the school play is drawing near.As a member of the sewing club Ayano could have access to the costumes and would not be suspicious being backstage.Allowing her to sabotage Kizana's costume and cause a wardrobe malfunction during the play humiliating her Infront of the audience.The sewing club could also be a way of getting the different styles of uniforms and additional after school clothing for Ayano as well.

I think a new floor should be added, this would give the player more clubs and more students to help patrol the halls. I also think more of the classrooms such as the sociology classroom, meeting room, home economics room, art room, etc should all be populated with new students to provide a denser population to increase difficulty and improve quality of life and make the school look less empty. There are points some hallways are totally abandoned which shouldn’t be happening in a school when class is out.

This is what I think You know how if u join a club u get a special thing we’ll I think you should get a plush on the shoulder for joining and the advantage of the sewing club could be that you can create fake evidence in case you killed somebody and the police arrived or you can befriend your rival by fixing her uniform or sewing her a gift
